  22. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

Instructions to make to make The not so guilty pizza (whole wheat based)

  1. For base, Mix flour with salt baking powder and sugar now make a well in the center add curd in it and mix together to form a soft dough.it will be little sticky. Apply little oil and knead again.You will get a smooth dough,add in chilli flakes if you want and little amount of mixed herbs to the dough. Keep it covered.
  2. Let's prep sauce and vegetables till then. In a pan add butter and oil, add finely chopped onion fry till they turn pink.Add salt pepper, red chilli powder and then add tomato sauce mix together,flavour it by adding mixed herbs.
  3. Wash and chop the vegetables nicely. Preheat the oven at 200 degree c for ten min. Cut the dough in two pieces,roll them one by one.Grease the plate with butter, spread the rolled pizza on it apply sauce and cheese, arrange the vegetables, Sprinkle herbs chilli flakes.
  4. Bake in the oven for twelve min at 200 degree c or till it is done serve hot..
