  14. 1/4 tsp dry mango powder

Instructions to make to make Paneer Paratha

  1. Mix wheat flour, salt in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Crumble paneer. Add chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, and coriander leaves. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and mango powder and mix well.
  3. Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it around. Apply ghee and keep stuffing on it.
  4. Make it round by bringing edges to the centre. Roll again. Heat a griddle and put it on the griddle. Roast for 1 minute.
  5. Flip the side and roast from another side also for 2 minutes. Flip again.
  6. Now apply ghee and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with butter.
