  3. Once ready apply little oil. Cover with cling film,put in a container & keep it in the fridge to use next day for making puri. If you hve time you can bind this in the morning
  4. Remove early from the fridge make small rounds & make puris
  5. Once all are ready. Heat the oil on medium heat& fry them
  6. Continue like this till all are ready. Space them well in a big plate
  7. Once done serve with masala chai & pickles of choice.Fresh Ginger,turmeric pickle & Garlic chutney
