- 500 grms Chicken Mince
- to taste Salt &pepper
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- 3 tbsp Roasted besan
- 2 tbsp Kaju paste
- 2 tsp Melted butter
- 2 tsp Fresh cream
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves

- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 Juice of lemon
- For white sauce-
- 2 tbsp While wheat flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- as per taste Salt &pepper as per taste
- For green chutney layer-
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 4-5 tbsp Fresh coconut
- 1-2 Green chillies
- 2 Garlic pods
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- as per taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- other ingredients-
- 200 grms Paneer
- 50 grams Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 5-6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- to taste Salt and pepper
Steps to make to make Chicken Guldasta Roll
- First marinate the chicken Mince with all the ingridents mentioned till the lemon juice.Mix nicely and let it rest for 30 mins
- Prepare the white sauce-Heat butter and saute the flour till golden brown.Add salt and pepper.Gradually add the milk till it thickens. Keeep aside
- Take all the ingridents of the chutney and grind to a smooth paste.Set aside
- ASSEMBLING-Take a foil and place the marinated chicken.Flatten the chicken like a rectangle.
- On the chicken apply the white sauce
- Now spread some green chutney
- Sprinkle the grated paneer and cheese
- Now gently roll the chicken like a log.Once the roll is ready, refrigerate for 15 mins
- Meanwhile take the eggs add the spices,whisk and set aside
- Remove the chicken roll and dip it in egg and then dip it in breadcrumbs.Place this dipped roll on a baking sheet
- Bake the chicken roll in a preheated oven at 180â° for 30 to 40 mins
