  1. Collect all ingredients together from dough section. Bind it with water. Keep it for 45 minutes. Meanwhile take a pan. Add olive oil. Add garlic and onion.
  2. Add chopped fresh oregano and basil leaves. Add salt. Mix it well. Cook it well. Spread the dough in the pan. Shape it as shown in the picture.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce. I didn't make it paste. You can if you want. I like crunchy vegetables. Spread the sauce evenly. Spread the topping as well.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese. I did it with double layer as my son prefer that. Sprinkle with some mixed herbs. Bake it in preheated oven for 25 minutes on 180°.
  5. I love the crust of cheese on the top of pizza. So I cook it a little bit longer. Slice it. Serve immediately.
