  23. 1 tsp baking soda

  25. as per taste Lemon juice

  1. Heat a sunflower oil. Add ginger garlic paste. Stir well. Add onion. Cook till it becomes brown.
  2. Add tomato. Cook well. Add salt, haldi powder and red chilli powder.
  3. Add fava beans and chickpeas. If you aur using soaked beans, boil it before use. Boil both beans separately)
  4. Smash the beans roughly. Add some water. Cover it and cook for 5 mints.add tahini and jalapeño.
  5. Cook 4-5 mints. You can add water if needed.add lemon juice. If needed.Add olive oil and some chopped chilli while serving.
  6. For tamiz mix all ingredients (above dough list) and make a dough like roti. Grease a dough with oil and put it into air tight container for 2 hrs at warm place.
  7. Now make a thick big roti. Use a fork to poke a holes over the center of the dough to prevent any bubbles from forming while it bakes.
  8. Bake it on maxi temperature for 10-12 mins in gas oven.until it turns light brown
  9. Tameez is ready
  10. Tahini- Smooth paste of roasted sesame seeds+ olive oil.
