  12. 3 pcs kaffir lime leaves (sliced)

  1. Blend roughly candlenut, ginger, turmeric, garlic, shallot, green chili, big green chili.
  2. Saute the blend with oil and add galangal, lemongrass, kaffir leaves, turmeric leaves and keep sauteing until cooked (raw bitter taste gone) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken, mix it well and and cook for 15 minutes. Add water (half drowned) and green tomato. Mix it well.
  4. Cook again approximately 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Make sure it is simmering until the liquid is reduct for 90%.
  5. Turn of the gas and add hot basil leaves, stir it slowly. Serve it with warm jasmine rice.
