- For twisted nimki - cut the roti vertically in strips and take 4 strips and twist & roll them in flower shape
- For kaju shape - Roll one portion in round shape,then with the help of a bottle cap cut them into kaju shape
- For star shape - I have used a cutter
- Diamond Shape - You can cut the roti in diamond shape with the help of a knife
- The nimkis/namkeens need to be fried on a low flame. You can sprinkle some rock salt after the nimkis are fried.
