  1. Knead a soft to normal dough for nan. By mixing flour, salt, baking soda, yeast and yogurt.
  2. Gradually add lukewarm water & knead the dough
  3. At last add oil and knead it for 5 min. Then place it in an air tight box for an hour until dough rise up
  4. Now prepare potato filling. Take two potatoes and boil them. Mash the boiled potatoes
  5. Add salt, all spice, black pepper, green chillies chopped, hara dhania, red chilli flakes, lemon juice, qasoori methi and mix it all

  7. Now take a pressure cooker lid and a tawa. At a medium flame preheat tawa.place the cooker's lid on tawa and leave for a min
  8. Take out the dough knead it for a min. And make four balls flatten the balls a bit. Flatten the balls such that the corners should be sightly thinner than the center
  9. In the centre put potato filling and fold from all sides makin a ball. Now flatten it with roller. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and dhania and brush milk on top.
  10. Uncover tawa and put the naan on it. Cover it again for a minwith cooker's lid now when the naan's base is cooked either turn it over or cook from top in the oven for 3 min.... Naan is ready to serve
