- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For marinating--
- 2 tbsp Besan flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp black salt (sanchar)
- 1 tsp Schezwan powder
- 1 tsp tandoori powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- Pinch red food colour
Instructions to make to make Tandoori Schezwan Momos
- In a bowl add All-purpose flour, salt, and water as required to make a stiff dough. Cover with a cloth, let it rest around 20 mins. divide the dough into smaller portions, you can make around 20 momos. Smoothed the portioned out dough between your palms.
- In a bowl add chopped cabbage and onions,add salt, mix it well, squeeze out the excess water. By transferring it on a cloth and then squeezing all the water in the bowl.Discard the water and place the cabbage and onion mixture in the same bowl.
- Add ginger, Schezwan masala, and olive oil, mix and set aside. Now we will prepare for marinade In a large mixing bowl combine, besan flour, salt, chat masala, red chili powder, black salt, Schezwan masala, tandoori masala, lemon juice, red food color. Coriander leaves, ginger paste, and yogurt. Give it a good mix until well combined. Heat up the olive oil in a small tadka pan then add it marinade mixture, stir everything together. Let it rest 30 mins.
