- First take lukewarm water.in bowl add sugar,dissolove it.then add yeast stir for a min.then keep rest for 10 min for rising the yeast..
- Meanwhile take mixing bowl add maida,salt and milk powder mix well Make well from this mix and add yeast water slowly then mix and knead for atliiest 8-10min if this is too sticky add 1tbsp oil. Again knead.and make soft dough.place it in another bowl add oil coat each side of dough from oil in this consume 1/2to 1tbsp oil. Cover with wet muslin cloth and keep rest for 1 hr.
- After 1 hr dough rise and doubled. Again knead from punching method for 8-10 min. Then divide the dough in 2 parts
- Take one part in rolling board and roll it with rolling pin.if need use maize flour for dusting.you can rool this chapati frm your palm too.
- Take a baking tray or grilling tray.grease this from butter.place pizza base on it then speread butter oer on it.,again spread pizza sauce then spread cheese after this put chopped veggies on this and again spread cheese lastly add pizza seasoning and place it on 2min preaheated microwave for 18-20min.on convection mode at 200 temp.after this use grill mode for 2 min.
