- Mix the dough ingredients very nicely in a bowl. Make a nice dough. Keep it aside for rest.
- Mix the cashew nut powder with beetroot juice ghee and sugar, make a nice paste. Mix the cream with turmeric powder to make a paste.
- Again knead the dough for 1-2 minutes. Now take a bit from the dough. Roll it like chapati makes four likewise. Now spread the cashew nut paste on one chapati, then put the second one, but the cream paste on it.
- Again put another one. Continue the paste. Now roll it carefully & tightly. Cut it in small size, press it slightly &roll it like puri. Heat a pan add oil or ghee, put the puri deep fry it on both sides.
